Commercial Bank "Investprivatbank" was founded as a joint stock company on Aug. 8, 1994, as a result of placement of the first issue of the Bank in the amount of 1,000,000 lei and the issuance of National Bank of Moldova's license number 77 on financial transactions.
Over the past three years we have made a significant leap in the development of the territorial infrastructure, with the ultimate goal is to study and extension of both corporate and retail activities of the Bank, providing our customers with quality services and the application of the concept of an individual approach to each client of the Bank.We make these steps in order to comply with the requirements of the market - be there where we need customers, thus defining for themselves the creation of sources of income in the major sectors of the capital. Thus, territorial expansion, begun in 2002 to the year is yielding results, so that today the Bank has seven branches and representative offices trenadtsatyu within themunicipality of Chisinau
